Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team with your order details.

1.2 Cancellation After Shipment

2. Refund & Return Policy
Menstrual Cups and Personal Hygiene Products
Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of menstrual cups and personal care products, opened, used, or unsealed products cannot be returned or refunded. This policy helps ensure the safety and hygiene of all customers. (GynoCup)
Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund
A replacement or refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

5. Replacement Process
Where applicable, Cosmos Care Pharma may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

If the outer package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened:
